Welcome to My Regenerative Journey! Orientation and film screening held in Kitami City

A study group aimed at practical efforts in RA was held in Kitami City on November 24th. In the morning, there was a screening of "To Whitch We Belong," and in the afternoon, Raymond and Akiko from Menno Village Naganuma gave a practical explanation of regeneration agriculture, and the earnestness of the participating farmers was apparent.

In the second half of the afternoon, we watched a video introducing the efforts of five people from the Okhotsk region who have been practicing RA this year, and then we heard each of them share their experiences.

From January to November 2024, we will begin a year-long educational program called " My Regenerative Journey ." We are preparing a program that combines in-person and online learning, further upgrading the content we worked on with five farmers in Okhotsk in 2023 and inviting experts as guests. Participants will learn basic knowledge online during the winter and put it into practice from April to summer. In June, we plan to hold a one-day workshop combining field and classroom learning at Menno Village Naganuma, and in July at the fields where the program was actually implemented.

Just as it has been the case with the five farmers who have already put it into practice, we believe that the learning and practice that you will receive from this educational program will bring about major changes in your relationship with the soil.
